NHS CYPSP – Children & Young Peoples Services Plan Books

In 2017 and 2020 I was commissioned by the NHS to design and illustrate their CYPSP or Children & Young peoples services Book. A 60 page information book that provides young people and adults with information the services available to them in Scotland. This involved a corporate parenting edition too.

The work required creating a number of custom illustrations and graphics. This included graphs, maps, illustrated characters and background scenes, these would be reused throughout the booklets. The books themselves were done using Adobe InDesign and provided as PDFs both for print and for digital display. This involved several checks to ensure accessability online but also consistency with the colours when printing. I was involved at every stage of the production process and worked well with the client contacts on this project.
